Shawn Taranto is an incredible realtor. He's knowlegable. Researches the property. Available to meet at any time. He walked us through all the paperwork. For problems, inspections, financing, etc., he knows the right people to recommend. He takes time to line up the inspections and is present with us when we find out the results. On the last walk-through, he made sure everything was good. He contacted the seller's agent to get a few things fixed that needed attention. On signing day, he showed up to navigate. After the signing, he went with us to get the homeowners exemption we needed. He also went with us to the DMV to get the paperwork we needed to fill out for our address change. Shawn is friendly, honest, considerate, and a joy to work with.
