With an education in interior design and architecture, I understand houses and construction. Prior to selling real estate I was employed in the design field and have an extensive back ground in sales and management. Specialized training to assist buyers. Negotiating & prospecting with the buyers point of view in mind.
IMS - Internet Marketing Specialist:
Strategies to take advantage of the internet. Marketing properties, targeting buyers and creating maximum exposure for sellers.
CRS - Council of Residents Specialists
Eighty hours of training in business development, buyer strategies, investment real estate, business planning and marketing properties. This is the platinum standard of designations, less than 3% of agents nationally are members.
