To put it shortly, Maia was awesome! As first-time home buyers the process can seem overwhelming at times, but it didn’t feel that way with Maia in our corner. Maia was like getting that one scratch off that pays you back tenfold! I highly doubt we were her easiest clients as we're brand new homebuyers and the wife and I were pretty different in what we liked and didn't like in houses. After viewing a plethora of possible future homes throughout a month or so Maia sent us all sorts of homes to look at, as well as scheduling appts and making time to walk through homes we found on our own. After we found the one for us she made the homebuying process about as easy as I imagine it can be. Kept us from worrying about anything and always keeping us up to date with what we needed to do for our lender and title company. She was there, 110% effort given and followed through on. Her communication with us was perfect (no joke) she was just about instantaneous with text responses and answering her phone. If she did have anything going on she would let you know ASAP so you know that she wont be available. My wife and I were so blessed to have landed her as our real estate agent. highly recommend!

While our home buying process had a few obstacles, we were so lucky that we found Maia to help us through it! I don’t know what we would have done without her expertise and persistence! We were buying in Gig Harbor while living in Southern California, and Maia kept us sane when the distance became difficult to manage. She is so enjoyable to work with at every step in the process and works hard to ensure the sale goes as smoothly as possible. I was always amazed that Maia’s response time to texts and emails is usually immediate. If it’s not, then she follows up as soon as possible with research she’s done in the meantime and ready to get to work on whatever you may need. She always remembered the tiny details of what we were looking for in a house. She never tired of answering our questions or finding new options for us to consider when we weren’t quite finding the right home for us. Now that we’re in our new home (which we absolutely love), I was surprised by how much I miss talking to Maia everyday! I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a great realtor with excellent customer service!

Maia was awesome! She worked with us to find a house for several months amid a competitive market. I couldn't have dreamed of a better agent than Maia to assist me with selling my Mom's house. Maia is highly skilled, thoughtful, strategic and intentional with everything she does in the sale process. She's also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Even when challenges arose she remained calm, focused and attentive, carefully guiding the process through the uncertainties that came up. We were under contract for our asking price within two weeks of listing and we closed early. All that in a cooling market with an older home and a rather challenging client...my Mom was quite a handful. It was all thanks to Maia's guidance. I can't thank her enough. Have been associated with Ms Rice for several months as I needed to find an affordable house for an ex partner while selling an out of state house and then selling my own house. Her composure and ability to deal with multiple problems at once and come up with the proper response is excellent. Her experiences as an agent enables you to relax and know what issues may come up are not deal breakers and can be fixed or better yet avoided. She listens to you as a buyer and goes to great lengths to only show you exactly what you are looking for so you don’t waste time. And on selling she does the research so you don’t have to and makes sure all items are in order in a timely fashion. This is one hard working agent who does her best to make sure you are well informed and aware of all parts of the transaction before you are committed. I strongly recommend her for your next real estate venture.

Buying your first home can be so stressful. Not with Maia. She goes above and beyond to do everything she can to make everyone’s experience as painless and stress free as possible! 100% would recommend. My favorite quality in Maia is that she was very responsive and always got the answers we needed as fast as possible. It never seemed that this is a 9-5 job either. As soon as she gets an answer she would message me about it. We would text until 1 am sometimes just to get everything figured out. We currently live out of state as well so she always found a way to FaceTime or zoom us and let us see virtually what was going on and the houses. When we came to town for a small visit she cleared her whole schedule to show us houses no matter how far away they were. We loved our experience and couldn’t have found a better realtor. Not only has she been great with us but also our other family members! I would confidently say that Maia has our family’s business for life! Not only was she very professional but she treated us as if we were family to her. I gave birth to our first child before we got to close on our house and Maia would check in on us just to see how we were doing and was there for me as a new mother and would help me with advice on the smallest things.
