My husband and I had a set of circumstances that made us a little more challenging to work with: we were first-time home buyers, we were buying remotely from another state, and we were buying in a price range where inventory was moving FAST. Kim was the perfect pick to help us. Kim was our eyes on the ground keeping us apprised of any new homes that came on the market that fit our parameters, quickly scheduling and conducting FaceTime tours for us same-day, and making sure we knew what the area was like around the home. She clearly explained every step to us ensuring we fully understood what was happening and why. Being an expert in Kitsap county, she ensured the seller and seller's agent were adhering to all of the county requirements so that we could get to closing without issue. I cannot recommend Kim enough. She was professional, kind, and an excellent and prompt communicator. She helped us get our house in optimal condition for sale, and the house received multiple excellent offers, all above asking price. She was thorough and detail-oriented in every aspect of the sale. She even removed a generator the buyers did not want, as I could not lift it due to injury. That was so above and beyond- which is so rare these days! On a whim Kim was able to set up a tour of a house, communicated effectively between the seller (for sale by owner), provided insight into how the seller was feeling, and ultimately helped us secure our new home. Kim was able to point us toward professional services for inspections and home loan organizations that allowed us to close in less than a month.
