If I had to say it in five words or less: Full Service Biggest Stress Reliever. Some people caution against having a real estate team, but I would not have done it any other way. First and foremost Kathy knows her market and has great connections inside and outside of real estate! Secondly, the entire team stepped in to help me get the house ready for sale as I was back and forth between two states (special shout out to Kelly). Without Kathy and her team, I do not think I would have been able to get the house sold in the short period of time and at a price that exceeded my expectations! Finding a real estate agent is a very personal process and what people are looking for is highly variable. But if you want responsive, hard working, someone that knows the Birch Bay/Semiahmoo market, and someone willing to do whatever it takes to help you sell your home then look no further.

It is not possible to include all of the great things, big and small, that Kathy Stauffer and her team of CJ and Kelly did to assist with the sale of our property. We were on holiday in New Zealand when an offer was presented. Kathy and team made sure we were continually up to date with the negotiations, and available for discussion as needed. While still away, with a firm deal pending, Kathy and team contacted a moving firm, an accountant (for purposes of reporting a capital gain), and of course a title company to assist with the conveyance. When the "deal" died while we were still away, Kathy kept in touch with us and the prospective buyers to see if there was some common ground to complete the sale. Kathy accepted that our "final sale price" and other terms were cast, and did not pressure us to "cave" but rather encouraged us that another buyer would eventually emerge. And when we returned from holiday shortly after the first deal fell through, the negotiations resumed, and Kathy and her team were again keeping us up to date throughout the negotiations. Knowing the purchasers wanted a quick completion, Kathy and team again set the wheels in motion (seemingly effortless to us) with the moving firm, the accountant and the title company. And with the completion, and movers having taken our furniture, Kathy and her team brought in a cleaning team to make the place spotless for the purchasers (at her cost). She also assisted us with the removal of some items that we didn't want to keep (ie mattresses). In conclusion, Kathy and CJ and Kelly are "top-drawer" in our opinion - tirelessly working towards completing the sale and transfer, and as mentioned, doing all manner of good things, big and small. 5 Stars for sure! Worth every cent of commission!

Amazing! Kathy and C.J. were like working with the most thoughtful and knowledgeable people in the business. To begin with, Kathy did an excellent job of listening to the things we were looking for in a house (size, layout, type of neighborhood, landscape and views. Our interest in buying a house in the area would ebb and flow over a few years. Kathy was always happy to help us out. Finally I was about to give up, checking all of the real estate apps out there and not finding anything that would work. If I did show interest in a house Kathy was all over it, checking it out and checking over. All this time we were not in the area, so she would be checking into any of the questions we had about a place. Then Kathy came across a home that was just getting finished and spoke with the builder to inquire about whether is was sold. After looking at it Kathy knew it was exactly what I was looking for. She sent pictures, even from the crawl space, details about the quality, and looked into any questions that we had from her. We committed to the home sight unseen. We were able to go to Blaine before closing and the house was exactly the home I was looking for. I love the quality, the layout, the neighborhood, the landscaping, just everything about the home. She even introduced us to the builder who has been wonderful to work with too. Kathy then helped us move, provided boxes for packing, people to help us out and scheduling the move. Who does that? Well, Kathy did all while helping other clients as well. Then she sold the house we were leaving, She made that smooth as silk too. We have worked with real estate agents multiple times over the years and No One has ever been as wonderful as Kathy. I mean that from the bottom of my heart, Thank you Kathy & CJ!!!!
